Class Format
- What ever your age or fitness level, you are
- welcome to join our fun and friendly classes.
- All exercises are performed solo and standing up.
- The workout begins by stretching and warming up
- to tribal rhythms. The program continues with a
- mixture of fast and moderate tempos which
- incorporate Salsa, Reggeaton, Bachata, Merengue, Samba, Cha-Cha, Rumba, Bollywood & Aboriginal footwork and body movements.
- Participants pump their legs, windmill their arms, gyrate their hips, clap their hands, turn, slide and shimmy there way through the motivating rhythms.
- Our professional Latin dance instructors have
- designed unique moves and combinations which
- make this fitness program easy for non-dancers to
- pick up. It doesn't matter what you or any one else looks like or whether you mess up the steps.
- The dance and music are so distracting you’ll soon forget you're in an aerobic workout. We think you'll enjoy our dance fitness program so much you'll be hanging out for the next session.
