Class Format

 
What ever your age or fitness level,
you are welcome to join our fun and friendly Zumba® classes.
 
All exercises are performed standing up.
 
Zumba® sessions incorporate fun footwork and body movements with Salsa, Cumbia, Reggeaton, Bachata, Merengue, Samba, Cha-Cha, Swing, Bollywood, Tango & Zouk.
 
 
Participants pump their legs, windmill their arms, gyrate their hips, clap their hands, turn, slide and shimmy there way through the motivating rhythms.
 
 
Our Latin dance instructors have designed unique moves and combinations that make this fitness program easy for non-dancers to pick up.
 
 
Zumba® sessions are pitched at one level which means there will usually be people in the same class with varying degrees
of fitness & Zumba® experience.
 
 
Don't worry if it's your 1st Zumba® class. There are no expectations of you to get the moves right. The more you attend the more you will learn, dance & enjoy.
Listen to your body, listen to the music & exercise at a pace that is right for you.
 
 
The dance & music are so distracting you’ll soon forget you've been exercising.
