Class Format

 

What ever your age or fitness level,
you are welcome to join our fun and friendly Zumba classes.
 
All exercises are performed standing up.
 
Zumba sessions begin by stretching and warming up to tribal rhythms. The program continues by incorporating fun footwork and body movements with Salsa, Reggeaton, Bachata, Merengue, Samba, Cha-Cha, Swing, Bollywood & Zouk.
 
 
Participants pump their legs, windmill their arms, gyrate their hips, clap their hands, turn, slide and shimmy there way through the motivating rhythms.
 
 
Our Latin dance instructors have designed unique moves and combinations that make this fitness program easy for non-dancers to pick up.
 
The sessions are open to all which means there may be a wide range of fitness levels & experience. Don't worry if it is your 1st Zumba class. There are no expectations of you to get the moves right. Listen to your body, listen to the music & exercise at a pace that suits you.
 
The dance and music are so distracting you’ll soon forget you're working out.
