Booking & Payment Policy

When booking & paying for a Course or Workshop please ensure

you are available to attend the specific sessions you have booked.

No credit or refund will be offered for missed classes.

If you can not attend a class, course or workshop you may transfer it

to someone else as long as you have given us the details

of the other person at least 24hours before they attend.

If you miss a session during your 5 week block you may request a

catch-up class. If there is room available in another time slot, we are happy

to offer you this as a free catch-up session during your 5 week block.

If you want to attend classes casually you may do so at a higher

price per session. Casual attendance is only possible

if there is space available (as indicated on our timetable).

We love Zumba & want you to enjoy it as much as us.

Please respect our policy which is necessary to keep your Zumba class rates so low.

If you have any issues regarding your classes,

please contact us as soon as they arise.
